Son woke around 2AM coughing his lungs out. It broke my heart. So I drew upon my years of daddy experience. I ran a hot shower and gathered his medicine, water, and Vick’s vapo-rub. We sat in the steamy bathroom for 15 minutes, and Son went back to a sound, comfortable sleep.
